​After the first contact by email, WhatsApp or phone, we will continue with a videoconference in which we will establish visual contact, learn about your needs and clarify your doubts if any, and we will give you an estimate of the cost of the services we will provide you.

We will send you an electronic access to our platform with the creation of your account so that you can deposit your required documents in an encrypted file in a secure and encrypted environment.

Once we have your information and we start your process, we will notify you the start, and missing documents if any, so you must log in again to your account on the secure platform and add the missing information.

Once we have the first draft of your processed documents, we will send it to you in encrypted form for your review and approval.

After receiving your approval and corrections if any, corrections will be made and it will be sent again in the same way.

Once you approve the final document, we will communicate you the fee for the services, which must be paid before being transmitted to the government agencies.

We will NOT receive your refund if any, nor will we pay your tax if due. But we will guide you through the entire process of paying or receiving the refund to your own bank account.
